Here’s the 14-Step Process to opening a Manny & Olga's Grill.

1. Receive and review Manny & Olga's Franchise Information Package.
2. Return completed Franchise Application.
3. Manny & Olga's Franchise Development Team reviews Application, and if approved, begins sending information on all aspects of the franchise opportunity, including a copy of our Franchise Offering Circular.
4. You are invited to Manny & Olga's Headquarters in Silver Spring, MD for a day of discovery. You will tour the facility, meet the staff and address any remaining issues.
5. Manny & Olga's awards the franchise, the Franchise Agreement is signed and the Franchise Fee is paid.
6. Funding is secured and store design begins.
7. Location lease is signed.
8. Store plan is completed and distributed to at least three contractors for bidding.
9. Construction contract is awarded, and plan is submitted for local permitting. Equipment/signage bids are also awarded.
10. Franchisee starts 14-day training program in Silver Spring, Maryland.
11. Construction and Franchisee training are completed. Hire crew and begin Training Manual review.
12. Financial inspections completed. Product is received and store is set up. Crew is fully trained in-store and ready for business.
13. Grand Opening promotion is underway, including direct mail postcards mailed throughout the area.
14. STORE GRAND OPENING!!!!!

Manny & Olga's provides ongoing support in training, operations and marketing through store visits, newsletters, regional and national meetings. In addition, a 24-hour help line is available to assist franchise owners with questions.
