While we’re a regional company at present, our goal is to follow in the custom of past business success and expand to a national franchise chain. To accomplish this, Manny & Olga's seeks solid, entrepreneurial individuals whose primary focus is to operate their own business. Individuals with this penchant are quite typically, and ideally, hands-on and take pride in building their own business and serving the community quality food products and providing excellent customer service. Franchisees pay an initial franchise fee of $25,000. Ongoing royalty fees, a percentage of each Franchise Owner’s sales, are paid to Manny & Olga's.

While it is the responsibility of the franchisee to build their own successful Manny & Olga's franchise, it is our responsibility to insure that the franchisee is provided with all of the support, tools and knowledge necessary to do so. We, at the corporate level of Manny & Olga's, take this responsibility to our franchisees very seriously.

Each Area Developer purchases the rights to a territory based on the population within that area and signs a contract to develop a designated number of units within a specified time period. Again, Manny & Olga's corporate team members commit to assisting the Manager in terms of developing franchise support systems that can be easily communicated and implemented with each Manager.

Area Developers are also individuals with strong entrepreneurial sensibilities. An Area Developer pays the Manny & Olga's corporation a franchisee fee to develop a predetermined number of units within a geographic area. These areas are generally determined by zip codes.
