Our Family's Journey
Manny Athanasakis opened his first restaurant back in 1974, bringing with him the values he’d grown up with in Greece – hard work, honesty, and treating every customer like family. He built that first small restaurant on a simple idea: good food, made right, every single time. Almost 20 years later, in 1993, that restaurant finally got its name – Manny & Olga’s, after Manny and his daughter, Olga.
That blend of Greek roots and a genuine love for Italian cooking is still what shapes our pizza today. More than three decades later, we haven’t changed the parts that matter – real dairy, dough made from scratch every morning, and recipes passed down the way Manny always made them. It’s the same care, at every location, in every single slice.
